Sandy Thielamay - CEO
Mr. Thielamay brings more than 18 years of experience to the field of networking and security. Mr. Thielamay has served as Senior Executive for the past five years at an MSP in the Bay Area. As VP of Engineering and Chief Security Officer he has been responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Companies nationwide monitoring and networking infrastructure. He has worked with many senior executives of major companies in defining their security policy, computer incident response procedure and overall risk assessment methodology. Mr. Thielamay lead and managed a team of Network and Security Engineers in designing the e-commerce and internal infrastructure of several blue-chip companies, including AmericanAirlines, Best Buy, The Sharper Image, Sony Music and Equilend LLC.
Mr. Thielamay has been an independent consultant specializing in the design and deployment of computer systems, including WANs, security systems, and worldwide email systems for enterprise clients in the manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, and legal services industries. For his various projects, he served as a lead engineer responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operation in major corporations worldwide. He holds many certifications in the industry, including a CCIE, recognized worldwide as the "doctorate" of networking.
John Kinsella – Chief Scientist
Mr. Kinsella has been working in the IT security industry for over 10 years. From computational research centers to Internet co-location facilities, he's intently focused on ensuring the security of information systems. His wide range of experience includes firewall and system hardening, global monitoring and incident response. Leveraging such experience, he has assessed, designed and executed detailed solutions to the toughest of security problems.
Mr. Kinsella's knowledge and experience has been referenced by the media, appearing in Time Magazine, InformationWeek, and KPIX. He is deeply involved in the Open Source community. For years, he has spearheaded several published projects and has contributed extensively to others.
Throughout his career he has worked with homogeneous computing environments, helped pioneer grid computing, been a global security architect for the Federal government, public utility services, retail and educational spaces. Most recently Mr. Kinsella served as the Director of Technology for a national retail company with online and retail store presence. Besides being responsible for custom supply chain and e-commerce systems, he ensured the reliability, availability, and security of online and point-of-sale systems. Among his other qualifications, Mr. Kinsella has attained his CISSP certification.
Eric Van Soldt – Director of Business Development
Mr. Van Soldt has over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the technology industry. In his current role, Eric is responsible for KlioSofts marketing and business development initiatives. Prior to joining KlioSoft, Mr. Van Soldt was Director of Business Development at Resonate where he was responsible for launching a new virtualization technology. Prior to Resonate, Eric held senior sales and marketing positions at HP, Oracle, and Dun & Bradstreet. Eric holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Notre Dame University.
